In the second and third weeks of camp, our counselors and campers have focused on balancing their "four folds." These are: physical, mental, social, and reflective. In a successful day at camp, we will have opportunities to exercise all four folds. Check out some examples below!
Top left: Campers practice their reflective fold by sharing their "apple" (the best part of their day) and their "onion" (something that was difficult).
Top right: In order to flex their social fold, kids wrote secret messages on their friends' backs. The messages included such affirmations as "you make me happy" and "you are a leader in our group!"
Bottom left: Game time! Campers worked on their physical fold by trying their hands at badminton. This guy brought his game face...
Bottom right: In order to exercise their mental fold, kids teamed up to create the strongest bridge out of popsicle sticks.
