One of these campers is not like the others! The Katy Perry Bengal Cats (our oldest group of campers) took recycled material to build a person. The new camper participated in nearly every activity (except water games).
Outside, campers play "drip drip drop" (a wetter version of "duck duck goose") surrounded by their chalk art. It was a great improvement on the regular basketball court!
Campers were given all kinds of art supplies and free time to make puppets. We saw stick puppets, finger puppets, and awesome paper bag puppets like this one. It became a very popular activity for early arrivals in the morning.
After having their faces painted (and painting their counselors' faces) the Dragon Unicorns, our youngest group of campers, pretended to be different animals. Here, a camper channels her inner cat.
